It is not automatic, you have to run it each time you start Windows.

C:\Users\”DEIN USER”\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

It amazes me that they ship keyboards that are virtually unusable just because of a mistake with the driver. How did they not spot that during testing? As soon as you try using it with Windows 10, it's obvious that it's not right.

as we have already discussed at length in the thread a driver may not be possible. The track pad appears to have a generic mouse hardware ID. Everyone has tried every track pad driver imaginable and all refuse to recognize it.

Hey DigitalMD, it seems that the default driver replacement is exactly what is needed. Even if the touchpad is recognized as such (precision touchpad), who knows what would this work-in-progress (win10) give us as setup options. Maybe the gestures couldn't be disabled anyway?!
As I see it, the problem is that those gestures are passing through default mouse-hid driver even though they shouldn't be (what could possible be "Mouse gestures"?!). They are then interpreted to by hid-event filter and passed to OS as if coming from touch screen.
And this stupid Win10 is not giving any option to setup any of its gestures, even for the touch screen.
So it has to be done by the driver.

Has anybody tried to find and install some other hid-compliant mouse drivers (mouhid.sys and mouclass.sys) other than default MS?
Maybe from Win7 where there were no gestures?

Apparently a touchpad driver is available, as part of a large drivers package (200MG zipped):
http://bbs.chuwi.com/thread-6812-1-1.html
After unzipping, the driver is located in the TP folder.
The site is in Chinese, though. To downlaod it, you need to register and all that.
Either that, or use the exe files posted on page 1, they both work well.

Edit: Tried to upload a TP.zip file, unsuccessfully, owing to the 1MB size limit of this forum.
