Maybe a technical part, where could be localised components that could cause of issues. For exmple the death for some Hi10 or Hi12...

How about a list of the hardware accessories for each tablet with manufacturer part number and drivers?  (pen/stylus, keyboard, etc.)

The best tip right now would be to have a more responsive support.

Way too many questions go unanswered and even when they do, it is not within a reasonable timescale.

It is key for any manufacturer that wants to cement it's reputation is to have meaningful support for it's products.

But this thread is about the forums, where there is also general support and discussion.

It would be good to make the place more lively to promote discussion and to have a section for every product, which is missing one for the Hibox Hero right now.

Can't you just use the edit button like others do ?

Can't you just use the edit button like others do ?

There is only a blue "Reply" button at the right side of each message  but no "edit" button at all.

Edit: I just realized that the Edit button is only missing in the "Tablet version". The "PC Version" and the "Standard Version" have both the Edit button.
