Is your Hi10 a single boot tablet? Have you flashed the dualboot bios?

Helo Emily, Yes is single boot tablet and I try to flash to to dual boot  with oficial dual boot bios.

I might be wrong, but think i read somewhere that you can't flash from single to dual with a USB stick, you ned a real programmer, and have to take your device apart

Hi,
As Hackerjac said, you need use professional programmer tool to flash dualboot bios into your tablet. You can't flash from single to dualboot with a USB stick.

Will this bios update fix the boot up issue were having with these computers not wanting to turn on?

Maybe or maybe not, depense on other things, what happend to your device?

It could also be that the battery is so much down, that it is impossible for the charger to recharge it

The device has issues turning on. Sometimes when computer drains 100% i cannot get a orange light charge when plugged in. I have to mess around by pressing power up volume down/up alternating between the two until i get the orange light to turn back on..

try this

let it charge for arround 2 hours
hit the power button 3 times in a row, then hold it down for arround 20-30 sec
