Finally i tried everything but the tablet didn't wakeup!
What now?
Return it to the seller? (Gearbest)
Send it to Chuwi's service?
I live in Europe, so it would be better if there was a service center in Europe

Wow... Harsh comment!
You should know that it even thou there is a QA-department, some units will  ...

In other words no one should buy your unit since they are cheap and defective. I also have a dead tablet and I think your company is really incompetent to have staff like you responding in such manner to customers. There are other cheap tablets (cheaper than yours) which have no such faults. I don't think your company knows about your responses to customers because they will fire you if they find out and if they do then well Chuwi is really not the way to go. I definitely will not buy a Chuwi tablet in future no matter how cheap it is because you obviously don't care if it's defective.

not solution from chuwi yet?

Try to do the following:
After having had it charged for at least several hours, with the tablet disconnected from the charger:
1. Press the start button for 30 seconds.
2. Release and press the start button 3 times in a row.
3. Finally, plug in the charger and press the power button to try to boot.

If it works for you, write it here

Some devices came to life by opening the tablet, disconnecting and reconnecting the battery.
