How to flash the Android firmware without loosing Windows?

To select the "flash-no-erase-all.json" file and selected "recover" on Android Programming Tool (Intel Phone Flash Tool or Manufacturing Flash Tool).

In this way, you will not lost Windows partition after flashing Android.

Download the "flash-no-erase-all.json" file:

No, you need to update the bios to the dual boot one, and that can only be done whit usb programmer, and you need to open up your tablet for doing it
I do NOT work for Chuwi. Please DO NOT pm or email me with problems you may have!

You need to unzip the Android flash file you have downloaded in a folder with flash-no-erase-all.xml and flash-no-erase-all.json

Just did it myself today, took me a little time to figurer it out

The attachment doesn't contain "flash-no-erase-all.json" it contains "flash-no-erase-all.xml" when I load the xml file in the phone flash tool I get the following error :
ERROR  : Invalid parameter droidboot_file : droidboot.img not found
ERROR  : Failed to load flash_no_erase_all.xml

Can you attach the json file?

Thanks...

Thanks guys that worked. I'm trying to flash my Chuwi Hi10 serial 1602 but when I use the intel phone flash tool and boot the chuwi into DNX mode it does nothing.

Is there no way to dual boot the Chuwi Hi10 without the hardware method that keeps getting posted to use a pcpp programmer or whatever the thing is called?

Thanks

Hi Emily
I hope you can help with this. I am trying to install Android without erasing windows.
The problem arises when using flash tool when using  "flash-no-erase-all.json"
The flash reaches 39% and fails, on the chuwi HI10 screen it states "failed to get partition bootloader2: not found.
I presume this means the android partition needs creating before trying to flash. How do we create the android partition without erasing windows? How much space is default for android partition?
I flashed Duel OS Bios with SPI programmer on to my CHUWI HI10 that was previously single boot.
revision serial HI10 Q64G4216020xxxx
I get the android and windows boot options on stating the tablet but obviously can only boot to windows for now.
Is it not possible to keep Windows intact and install Android on tablets updated with SPI Programmer?
Or do we need to lose Windows and flash the flash.json script? or boot from bios the android flash files?
I just really don't want to loose windows 10 if possible.

Hi, Chuddywoody
You have to first delete Windows partition by entering command. Then install the Android partition. Finally, install Windows partition again.
