Hi Benetton,
You can do a clean install latest July 2016 Anniversary Windows 10 Redstone Release Edition with install file compiled by me.  You can find it here.
Yes, all Chuwi drivers already included.
You can remove all Android partitions too while the windows installation and get the whole eMMC disk for Windows. It's really so easy like a piece of cake.
NB. This method works on tablets with BIOS versions E4D6_HI-122LP.221 x64 (03/22/2016) and E4D6_HI-122LP.223 x64 (04/28/2016) and only with disconnected Chuwi's docking keyboard (this is important!)
Do not use the Chuwi's docking keyboard for this method. Any other wired or wireless USB-keyboard is suitable.

Please read my manual first and do following correction to achieve the desired result.
You need to do contrary the third point of the manual.
You must select blue USB 3.0 port for your flash drive. Because you NEED to get that the script ended with the following "The system cannot find the drive specified" error and the script window turns ORANGE.
Insert your USB-drive in blue USB 3.0 port and the keyboard in black USB 2.0 port respectively. If the script window color was black, then you have chosen the wrong port for your bootable USB drive. It is important that the color of the script window switched to Orange after one minute of script working.
Then  enter command "diskpart" and press Enter.
Then enter "list disk" and press Enter. You will see your disks. Judging from the size of the disks, you could find which disk the eMMC is. It must be 58GB. The rest is your  flash disk. Your eMMC can be disk 0 for example.
Enter “select disk 0” and press Enter. There will be "Disk 0 is now the selected disk".
Then enter "clean" and press Enter to clean the disk.
When cleaning is finished, enter the command "list disk" and press Enter to confirm whether it work. If you see the available storage is 58GB for Disk 0, the disk is cleaned successfully.
Then enter "exit" and press Enter to leave DiskPart utility.
Then enter "startnet.cmd" command and press Enter to continue reinstalling windows.

You can see the thread.

As for the Bootmanager, you should disable the Dual boot with SwitchNOW app. Run the application and click No. Check Disable and click Exit.

OK I can write briefly about how was compiled install package.
I took the original Microsoft install file and received new 1607 version of install.esd. I converted install.esd in install.wim using the respective index 2 of Windows 10 Home edition. Then I mounted the image. Then I integrated Chuwi Hi12 driver packages and copied OEM files in the mounted image. Following step was adding kb3176929 package as it was actual at the moment.
As a result, the install.wim file was obtained with everything that needfull to install Windows 10 Home version 1607. There is nothing superfluous in this install file.
This task requires the ability to use command prompt and DISM commands.

This worked for my Hi8 to remove the android partition and gain extra space for win10.

I did a clean install of win 10 aniv edition, it went good but I had to install the drivers manually after.

You need a USB pen, USB keyboard and a OTG dongle to attach to tablet.

Follow the intructions and its easy.

Thanks

OK indy221,
you are welcome. Drivers for Hi12 are included and will be installed correctly and automatically. Manuall install is not necessary for Hi12.
