Hi all, i solved my problem by my self.
The problem was an incorrect BIOS version, I need first to update BIOS to 64 bits. But to do this i must format my usb memory as bootable USB memory.
When i boot from my BOOTABLE usb (first USB memory) and upgrade my BIOS to 64 bits then i was follow the tutorial to success upgrade my Chuwi Hi10.
You can found all information in: http://blog.geekbuying.com/index ... hi10-tablet_195507/
I had this message when I did not insert the second USB drive.
You need to make sure you have fully inserted first USB drive (FAT) in the left USB post and second USB drive (NTFS) inserted in the second USB port. IT should be labeled as WINPE. Also, you may get this message if the the second USB drive (NTFS) does "images" folder with install.wim file there (or it's corrupted).
P.S. I just saw the reply that you resolved the issue. Good for you. I am still leaving my reply in case someone else may have a similar issue.
Just received my G42160200022 and i am stuck in a boot cycle after applying windows updates...
After changing the tablet`s language to Greek i was getting errors on Edge and couldn`t get in the windows app bar and the tablet kept crushing.
After installing windows updates boot cycle.
I resseted the bios in the fail safe setting and nothing..
Is there a firmware or system for the newer version?
