Hi Emily,

Since I've upgraded my Chuwi Hi10 (Serial N° Q64G42161100896) to the july version of BIOS and Android, sometimes the touchscreen doesn't work well: I've to put the tablet in standby for a few minutes to reuse it.

What can I do?
Thank you!

Hi, I'm having trouble with the blacview bv6000 phone's firmware from the CHUWI HI10 tablet Q64G42161206827. From past experience, I know,
In order for the smartphone to be correctly identified by the SP Flash Tool, it is necessary to enable the eHCI controller in the BIOS of the tablet, but when I turn on
EHCI controller in BIOS CHUWI HI10 Q64G42161206827, it stops loading, and it is necessary to flash bios with the help of the programmer
CH341. Please send me to kav260777@mail.ru a BIOS version supporting the eHCI controller. Thank you.

Sincerely, Alexander

Hello dralawady,
Do not touch the BIOS. Flashing BIOS does not solve your problems of dead OSs.
You can install Android as one OS, allocating the whole eMMC disk to it. Just read this thread
