Hello dralawady,
Do not touch the BIOS. Flashing BIOS does not solve your problems of dead OSs.
Yo ...

thanks a lot Motobot. I'll try this, however, do you know the newest android firmware to download to my model. should I use July files or other files?

Good day! Wanted to make your chuwi the hi10 (serial number hi10q64g42151103948) dual boot. decided to try this build "Chuwi the hi10 Dualboot - Download July," but it may be a mistake in the translation and July is not the version for my tablet, my tablet "died". What I've done. I decided to update the BIOS on the link of the Bios:
Chuwi Dualboot Bios for the hi10 July Download:
https://chuwiinnovationtechnolog ... rypmjop5e0l9cyg9a6p (version: E4D6_C106_H.233) and I failed. As I learned later that one of the conditions is connected to the power cord. Happened seen what a mistake I read did not, the inscription was red. Help me with BIOS firmware using the PROGRAMMER.

Hi,   I believe i have a problem with the above mentioned tablet, i have a Chuwi Hi10 dualboot with the z8300 intel cpu.   I have a problem with it, it's that when the battery is lower than like 60%, my tablet shuts down by itself, i've noticed it also shuts down more easily if i unplug, plug a usb drive.  My serial code is : Q64G42160801020  I tried to look for a bios update but trying to flash the one in the first post of this thread resulted in an error message.  Thank you in advance for the help.

I tried that, it didn't work, now, not sure if because of the new bios or just a battery problem, it hardly ever makes it to boot into windows if i don't leave it plugged to it's charger.

Once booted it shows the battery at 97% but it still shuts down by itself at random times, as i mentioned before, it does it more frequently if i plug in a usb drive or anything like that.

it boots completely fine in android thought.

Hopefully there's something more i can try?

Thanks, Devid

Hi Emily,

I just want you to know that the July Android download is in .RAR extension file type and when I use the Flash Tool, it is not recognizing it since it only recognize .ZIP file types.

Also, I'm still confused with how you differentiate the Android version based on Serial numbers, I have a CHUWI z8300 model but my serial number is pointing to z8350. I've posted it here before but I totally forgot about it.

Z8300

Z8300

See the serial is pointing to Z8350 but in fact, my CHUWI is actually Z8300. I flashed the Z8350 which is I thought was fine because I based it on your serial number but the WiFI is having issues like having problems connecting.

When I tried downloading the Z8300 July ROM, it is in RAR file. It is not recognized by the flash tool??? It only recognizes ZIP files.

EDIT: I am able to convert the zip and moved the files. It is because 1. the archive is in RAR and 2. it has another folder inside the archive file.

Thanks a lot!
