I have an Hi10 that I sent in for screen repair and it came back with two problems. When I got it back the rotation did not work in android but does work in windows. Also the usb ports work fine in android but won't work in windows unless I uninstall the usb driver and reboot.
I got an email from firstname.lastname@example.org telling me to re-flash android and windows but I can't flash android because every time I try to get into fastboot mode it says fastboot mode failed.
Is there a way I can install android from a usb drive like the windows install?
I have an Hi10 SN: Q64G42151104142 BIOS version E4D6_C106.234 x64 Core version 5.011
Here is a photo showing the tablet will connect to the flash tool but I cannot get it to go into fastboot mode. Every time I try to get into fastboot by holding the + - buttons until the android screen comes up it will give the following error messages just like in the Fastboot 2 video I posted.
Init XDCI failed: Device Error
Failed to initialize and connect: Device Error
Fastboot mode failed: Device Error
Then the tablet will display the chuwi logo for a minute and shut down. None of the buttons do anything at the android screen. At one time I was able to get them to change the selection from normal boot but not anymore.
