Hello,
I'm trying to install windows 10 32 bit on chuwi Hi10 dualboot x64, but BIOS won't let me install anything with x86 architecture. It seems it works only with X64 OS

How can i force install of 32 bit?

Greetings,

I have an Hi10 that I sent in for screen repair and it came back with two problems.  When I got it back the rotation did not work in android but does work in windows.  Also the usb ports work fine in android but won't work in windows unless I uninstall the usb driver and reboot.

I got an email from service@chuwi.com telling me to re-flash android and windows but I can't flash android because every time I try to get into fastboot mode it says fastboot mode failed.

Is there a way I can install android from a usb drive like the windows install?

I have an Hi10 SN: Q64G42151104142  BIOS version E4D6_C106.234 x64   Core version 5.011

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you Emily.
The only way I can get my pc to recognize the Hi10 in the phone flash tool is with booted to android.

I followed the instructions exactly and have uploaded a video of that called Fastboot 1.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fAjW-IgyKvI

I saw another tutorial that said to hold the + - buttons down longer and the following video, Fastboot 2, is the result of that.

Here is a photo showing the tablet will connect to the flash tool but I cannot get it to go into fastboot mode.  Every time I try to get into fastboot by holding the + - buttons until the android screen comes up it will give the following error messages just like in the Fastboot 2 video I posted.
Init XDCI failed: Device Error
Failed to initialize and connect: Device Error
Fastboot mode failed: Device Error

Then the tablet will display the chuwi logo for a minute and shut down.  None of the buttons do anything at the android screen.  At one time I was able to get them to change the selection from normal boot but not anymore.
