I do not have a HI10 so I cannot say if this will work and as Emily said , it could brick your device making it unusable.
You can try flashing the dual boot BIOS on the first page of the thread using a USB drive. If that fails , you would have to use an external EEPROM programmer such as the 341a programmer.
All very risky. You may want to consider looking at the Remix OS thread for a bootable Android OS on a USB drive instead
