I also have the sd-card reader problems! Suddenly sd-card was lost in android and windows.
Does the new bios version (234) solve these issues? The bios setting MS custom sdbus driver is reset to disabled when switching from windows to android (bios 231).
If not can you pls describe how to solve?

Hi intrax and Emily,
unfortunately after updating BIOS to 234 version problems with microSD card still continue. After 2 months of perfect work the 32 GB class 10 card stops working in Windows and perfectly still works in Android.
Windows accepts only older microSD cards like class 2, 4 (personally tested) and probably 6 but not 10 anymore.
This problem is very spread and rife to many people but I didn't find a solution in internet...
Please Emily, help us!!
Your problem is most likely a non compatible win10 sd card driver as your card works in android.
Find older (deprecated) windows driver and install. it should work.
My problem is that the tablet suddenly stopped recognizing the sd card in both android and windows.
I suspect the bios of this tablet to be faulty as the setting for MS SDBUS CUSTOM driver gets automagically reset from enabled to disabled when switching between android and windows boot. This eventually seems to break the sd card reader and is a product design flaw imo.
When operating the bios it also frequently locks up, a clear sign that this bios was NOT carefully ported to this machine as these tablets were probably NOT intended for dual boot.
Pls fix this asap or people will start sending these tablets back to China.
