Could you change another SD card and see whether it have the same problem.

its the same with all

i have 3 32gb ones and a 2gb one.

the 2gb one isn't even being recognized (no error at all) and the 32gb ones all give the error.

Same problem here, I couldn't make any sdcard detected on win10 -  I've tried the new BIOS, re-flash, and even anniversary edition.

Hi everybody,

I hope this is the right topic : I have a problem with my Chuwi Hi8 Pro : my micro SDXC card (64 Gb that I formatted when I first put it into my tablet) worked fine with until last week.

Now when I go to Settings --> Storage, it says that my SD card is only 1 Gb and I can't explore it with the file explorer.

My card is recognized on Windows (on my tablet and on my computer) so I tried to format it in exFAT, FAT32 and NTFS but no way to get my 64 Gb back.
The only changes I made was downloading apps from Humble Bundle (games) or from the Play Store (AppManager).

Did one one you get the same trouble?

i've also seen it turn into a 1gb unusable card, but not for awhile since it won't even read anything now.

So I'm not alone :-)
I discovered that my tablet had been unroot but I don't know how (maybe because of an update on SU).
I'll try to re root it and re flash it to see if it changes something and I'll let you know.

Are there any official explanation of this very common issue with SD card or Chuwi team does not want to expand their sales and make their brand more trustful for the potential and existing customers?

They released a bios with SD card reader fix a while ago. So I guess they care to some extent.
