Thanks for the reply.
I found a tutorial and in the mean time I loaded a fresh new copy of win10 from my bootable usb drive. Then I loaded all the drivers and Bob's your uncle. It even activated ok with microsoft and is updating via windows update.

I saw in the tutorial that the second usb drive can be NTFS.

You can use an NTFS formatted pendrive as long as it is renamed to WINPE

Thank you for the reply. I did find the tutorial explaining that.

It is odd that on the download page there are three parts to down load but when extracted, they are all 5.5GB.
