Well it still glitches like crazy at home. I may try to change the router channel but I honestly find this to be quite a show stopper. I submitted a ticket to GearBest from whom I bought to have it refunded or replaced. My Hi12 never had such an issue.

Well I tweaked my router config and it seems the glitch has disappeared. I toggled on 802.11n and chose the 40MHz bandwith, left channel to be automatically picked by the router, no screen going haywire for the past 10 minutes, hope it will say that way.

Just returned mine because of this issue. Makes the tablet pretty much unusable in windows 10, and I don't have much faith that Chuwi is going to fix this in a timely manner.

Shame, since it was otherwise a nice tablet.

Hi, which reseller did you go through? How did they respond?

Bought it on eBay. The seller (emobilehome) has been pretty reasonable so far.

I have the same issue :-(

Any suggestions what to do? I've tried to update Windows 10 to Anniversary and update the driver from windows update channel, but it didn't help.

I found that the issue is hardly depends on WiFi. If I disable it the issue gone. If traffica in WiFi is huge then screen is glitching very hard. I saw the inside photos of the tablet. Maybe the possible reason is WiFi antenna cable crossing the cable to the screen, but why Android has no such issue?

I found a workaround.
Put the wireless network mode in B only mode and the problem disappear.
I know... just 11Mb, but not gliching!
I wrote to the Chuwi support and I'm waiting for a reply.

Is the problem present in both frequencies (2,4 and 5 GHz)?
The question is: why this problem is not present in android mode but only in Win10 Mode?

[Update]
Searching on intenet, I found a solution for the same problem for Chuwi Hi 10 (updgrading bios), perhaps the solution is the same for HiBook Pro... but only Chuwi can provide it

Any news on this?

My new Hibook Pro arrived last Friday and this screen glitching is a nightmare.
Seeing that this thread was started over a month ago and Chuwi hasn't offered any fix or acknowledgement of the issue I think I should just return it.
Screen looks really nice when it doesn't have junk glitching all over it but I don't intend to keep it in the hopes that it gets fixed someday.
