try not to use a 3rd party program
USE ANOTHER COMPUTER AND FOLLOW:
format usb flash drive
volume label: WINPE
(no need to convert it to gpt)
when done, goto start menu and type
find your usb, you can determine its size (4gb, 8gb etc)
and if theres no other disk attached to the computer
your USB FLASH DRIVE should be on DISK 1 (removable)
right click on the partition and click "mark partition as active"
Sometimes this option is disabled. so try downloading mini partition wizard
install and run, right click on your usb, click set active, then apply changes.
AFTER YOUVE DONE ALL OF THIS, download the windows 10 official firmware for vi8 plus
(dual boot), and extract everything onto your usb flash drive.
no need to include the bios files since the installer disabled it by default.
NOW PLUG IN YOUR USB AND BOOT FROM IT (from here i guess you know what to do)
