Got same problem, are yours still connecting to PC in android mode? Mine stopped like nothing attached at all. Nothing helps, where is Chuwi official support and service? I wrote them letter describing all problems.
I have solved this problem on my hibook.
Enter the bios by pressing delete when you sart up your machine
move the arrows to advanced press enter
enter system components
change S5 charging driver and S5 LPM settings to enable
save and exit.
Plug your charger in to your machine and turn it on.
It charges very slowly when switched on, but does not flash or lose power. Charges as normal when turned off.
