I ordered a new mainboard for my Hi12, but after sending the transaction details over 3 weeks ago, I have not heared anything...
I have send many e-mails asking for confirmation and a tracking number, but I do not get any mail back...

Like I said, I contacted chuwi directly through service@chuwi.com to ask if they could provide me with a new mainboard.

It has been 4 weeks now and I still wave not received any confirmation or tracking information
This is the email conversation I had with service@chuwi.com:
Dear Chuwi,

it now has been over 3 weeks since I've ordered, paid and send the transaction details.
I still have not received any confirmation or tracking information.

If I have not heard from you by the end of the week I will open a dispute with PayPal to get my money back.

So I have received the new mainboard and it woks.
But it is even OLDER then the original one and not even the z8350 model
Even worse is that windows won't activate (see attached screenshot)

My Chuwi HI12 also won't turn on anymore. Battery voltage is 4,2V.
I've filled out and sent Defective device information collection.xlsx to service@chuwi.com, but no reply
