Hi, i sent you an email a couple of days ago. I have just bought a brand new lapbook 12.3 and i have a problem with the bottom half of the screen jittering. Its not a software issue. It is common to the screen used on the surface pro 4. Please can someone get back to me.

I have just sent an email to the service address, but I am not holding my breath. I had sent a question in August 2017 before buying and heard no response since. I'll give them one more chance.

My current issues:
- Android: can't adjust screen brightness
- Windows: all audio plays back as white noise
