Now if only I could send it back to Gearbest, in the end Gearbest will say please return it to china at your own cost about £50 where it will either get lost in the postal system or be delayed by months and end in a PayPal claim with gearbest trying their best to win. Great stuff? Can you tell I am upset?
I am not after a free of charge hardware repair just the correct bios file to try and fix it with a flash programmer. If I totally break it then its on my own head. I won't hold chuwi or gearbest responsible.
At least a statement from chuwi saying yes there could be an issue with the bios and the newer models and that they are looking into would help it would be helpful but nothing, blanked, silents this is not good customer service.
