I've just got a chuwi Hi10 pro and the Wifi works on Android but it can't connect to google services  or login to any google apps includig play store

I've installed malwarebytes and it looks like it came r  einstalled with malware which might be one reason

Has anyone got a step by step guide on how to reflash Android and leave Windows 10 how it is?

I've downloaded the files, installed the Intel Phone flash tool but when in DNX mode and connected via the USB C cable the flash tool doesn't see the tablet

maybe it is a driver problem, try to reinstall the intel package. When I installed the package, The installation process stopped several times asking the permit to continue because the drivers to be installed were not MS signed, so you have to give the permit to the installation every time the installation process asks for this. I used a pc with win7 64bit

Please note that flashing the Android OS DOES NOT resolve this issue. I have the same issue as well, having just received my Hi10 Pro and cannot connect to Google Play Store or add a Google account. The error message is always "Can't connect to server..." or "Cannot establish reliable connection" etc.. All the common issues have been checked, date and time, factory reset, clear cache, blah blah.

All WiFi works, just nothing with Google. I have flashed the Android OS as instructed, twice now, and no change in the issue. Please someone correct this issue or update this thread to let us know what we need to do to resolve. This makes the tablet almost completely useless without Google Play Store!
