Please note that flashing the Android OS DOES NOT resolve this issue. I have the same issue as well, having just received my Hi10 Pro and cannot connect to Google Play Store or add a Google account. The error message is always "Can't connect to server..." or "Cannot establish reliable connection" etc.. All the common issues have been checked, date and time, factory reset, clear cache, blah blah.|
All WiFi works, just nothing with Google. I have flashed the Android OS as instructed, twice now, and no change in the issue. Please someone correct this issue or update this thread to let us know what we need to do to resolve. This makes the tablet almost completely useless without Google Play Store!
