And as said so many times, its a general problem, even Surface Pro struggles with it, so i don't belive there will be a fix for it in the near future

Teclast released a new bios which fixed this problem, so why isn't chuwi able to do the same?

The fact that Chuwi has not even acknowledged this issue, found in so many forums, speaks  to the integrity of the company. Even if other brand tablets are having the same problem, it does't relieve them of fixing this. If its a hardware or software or bios issues, they are the manufacturer that integrates all the components and are responsible for the final product. A responsible company (which they do not appear to be) would communicate with their customers and not just remain dead silent.

The fact is that Chuwi is looking the other way this issue while they tell us they aren't to blame for this.
I don't mind if it is a problem about the bios or about the drivers, the only thing I (we) want is a solution and, as all we are chuwi customers, chuwi is the responsible of it.
