I just received the following message from Emily:
"The engineering said that they solved the black screen issue by updating graphics driver.
If you can't solve it by yourself, please contact your seller and return tablets for repair."

If anyone has "solved it by themselves", please do tell.

Hello. I faced with the same issue. Tried to change 3D settings mentioned above... let's see what happens. The prospect to send the device to China to fix it doesn't look very joyful for me.....

Changings in 3D settings don't help. Random 10 second blank screen still appears. Chuwi support doesn't answer. Is there any solution?
