That's a bit rude!!

I'm pretty sure the problem is somewhere in the software. Anything from the BIOS to the dual boot program or the drivers or a combination of all of the above.

I've just written it off to experience.  An experience that has put me off Chuwi forever. Pity, because it's not a bad little device otherwise.

12 FAQs of Tablet - boot up, OS switching, activation code

http://www.gearbest.com/blog/how-to/12-faqs-of-tablet-boot-up-os-switching-activation-code-594

Q: Why can it only recognize some TF cards whose capacity is smaller than the one in the description?

A: If the systems cannot read the TF card, that might be because the tablet only recognizes some specific kinds of TF card. If only Android can read it and Windows cannot, there must be a problem of BIOS and you need to flash BIOS.

Watching with great interest.

If Chuwi Service have a modified BIOS that fixes this problem, why don't they say so in this thread?

Also, I am sure I've seen Emily strongly advise against re-flashing the BIOS in these devices.

Mine is a Hi10 Pro, bought a couple of months ago from ChuwiDirect. SD Card was not working, contected seller and received a new BIOS. Flashing was painless but, no changes, even with the new BIOS, card is still not working.
