A few things remain on my mind in regards to a previous feedback.
It also has to do with "expectations management", just like the reason for correcting the overview table.
Chuwi Hipen H1: only for Chuwi Hi12;
That should say: before serial ...
And both Hi12 and HiPen H1 need an * annotation, and at the bottom:
*A recently replaced screen on the Hi12 requires an upgrade of the HiPen to H3 which improves the experience.
And the procedure for Hi12 repairs has to warn the owner before screen gets replaced. So that the user, device owner, understands, and doesn't blame Chuwi. To avoid additional unnecessary bad experience to Chuwi's reputation, because of inadequately managed customer experience.
