Hello, I have made Touchpad Gestures Toggle Tools for Chuwi Keyboards.

I have created two scripts to toggle Touchpad Gestures.
There is a bit of different, I'll explain for each one below.

Method 1 - No Install Needed.
You can toggle Gestures without install any software to your device.
This tool allows you to Enable/Disable Windows+X Hotkeys easily.
It is using Registry to edit Windows setting, so there is no need for install any software.

But You can't use any Windows+X Hotkeys with this method.
and it is required to restart your computer for the applied changes to take effect.

How to use?

1.) Download the file and run it.
2.) If there is 'User Account Control' dialog appear, click 'Yes' button to continue.
3.) It will appear that Windows+X Hotkeys have been disabled/enabled.
4.) Restart your computer for the applied changes to take effect.

It is .bat file, you can read/edit script by yourself.

If you don't want to run this script, you can do it by yourself.

Method 2 - Install Software.
I have created my own software for toggle Touchpad Gestures.
This software allows you to Enable/Disable Gestures without restart your computer.
Also, this software allows you to toggle Pinch Zoom as well.

But This software need to be running all time to disable Touchpad Gestures.

If you using old version, please exit the software before installing.

How to use?

1.) Download the file and install it.
2.) If there is 'User Account Control' dialog appear, click 'Yes' button to continue.
3.) The software should be installed on your computer.
4.) You can toggle Gestures/Pinch Zoom/Reverse Scrolling by Right-Click on the software icon at the System Tray.
5.) It should be launch automatically at Startup, you don't need to run it yourself after turn on your computer.

I used AutoHotkey to create it and compile to .exe.
But you don't need to install AutoHotkey to run this software.

I used Install Creator Pro 2 to create Installer.

If you want to read/edit my script, you can download source-code here.

  • v1.0.1 - Added '--exit' parameter for uninstall processing.
  • v1.1 - Added Win+Up, Win+Down to Gestures toggle and added Reverse Scrolling toggle menu.

It is working great on Chuwi Hi10 Pro Z8350 (HQ64) keyboard.

I just added Win+Up, Win+Down to Gestures toggle to new version. (v1.1)
This should work with Chuwi Hi10 Plus keyboard. (and other device as well.)
I also added Reverse Scrolling (Australian style) toggle.
It's disable by default, you can enable it from System Tray like other menu.

If you want to upgrade new version, I recommend you to exit the software first.

To disable the touchpad gestures in Android, you can use an app such as "QuickShortcutMaker" to edit the "QuickLaunch" settings - which can disable the gestrues is Android (basically, certain win-key+letter combinations also act as gestrues - if you disable the "hotkey", the gestures are also disabled.

Hello likecyber !
I downloaded and Windows Defender detected a trojan in your file !
Follow attached the screenshot !

Update: I have downloaded source code, installed AutoHotKey and compiled it and put to startup folder, and it works very good !

Inicially, I thought the false gestures was not bothering me as I saw in the forum, but after 2 weeks ... my Gosh, it is so irritant !!!!

Thanks a lot for your job making this script !
