A small addition to my experience with the new chargers:
My original Chuwi charger made my hi13 buzz on the metal parts , this is not present with the RAVpower

What about this Aukey?  supports USB PD with 5V, 9V and 14.5V at 3A
https://www.aukey.com/products/a ... c-or-dual-usb-ports

I don't know if chuwi Hi13 supports 14.5V or only 12V.

Costs 24€ in spain https://www.amazon.es/Cargador-Delivery-Puerto-Puertos-Xiaomi/dp/B01N0F7CFN/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1494524820&sr=1-1&keywords=usb+pd

It might work, but I am not 100% Sure.
Why not buy the xiaomi one instead? It's cheaper and has been confirmed to work.

Edit: However, I am very interested to see if it works as then I don't need an adapter; I might buy it myself. Will  be able to tell end next week if it works.

Have you already try it? I am interested to know, too.

Really? Amazon use to be faster, I just ordered it, adding a 2 mts. long USB type C cable, one day delivery, so tomorrow I will have it at home, I tell you then if it works or not.

For who like me living in a nation where Amazon do not deliver, I found the Ravpower PD in AliExpress version 26800 and 20100

I just received the Aukey charger from Amazon, and I can confirm that it works! I could make a full charge of my Chuwi hi13 this morning, it took same time as the original charger provided by Chuwi, 3 hours and a bit.
No issues while charging, everything normal.

Hahaha, yes, even less, I ordered it on Tuesday at noon and I got it on Wednesday early in the morning. That´s why I preferred this over the Xiaomi charger that would take two weeks or more to arrive to me, and moreover this one has the European plug so I don´t need an adapter to plug it to the wall.
You can add Amazon.es to the sites list, I ordered there.
