I'm afraid that it didn't work for me.

It stated that Windows encountered an error whilst installing and I get the same Code 10, cannot start error.

With regards to the NVRAM file,  does the .TXT file containing the information need to be renamed?

It's also not working for me on a Hi12 after the creators update. The System cannot find a file while installing the driver. I guess your driver isn't right for the Hi12. Where did you get the (old HiBox) driver?

If You folow that instructions and dont work, try that, download  broadcom wifi driver from lenovo called guw3111w.exe, is for windows 8.1 but i descompress that and execute the setup button, when finish say restart, restart and i got wifi again PD i have the Hibox Hero and i update to creators update, when finish all goes well except the wifi (code 10) issue.
