To get this thread back on track, the OP originally posted, Google transfer:
Good morning. I have a problem with the micro-sub door. The usb-otg cable works just like charging. However, when I connect a hiub usb 3.0 to the micro-usb port, nothing is recognized. Does anyone have a solution?

Could the same problem be the case for the microUSB connector?

Does he know the microUSB is not for charging? Is it possible to break the microUSB part of the Hi13 if tried to provide it with a power source through an microUSB OTG hub? USB3 hub should be still backward compatible correct? Although strange for an USB3 hub to have a MicroUSB connector. Something doesn't add-up.

Hello guys! My problem is the following: I can not connect any type of device (mouse, printer etc ...) to my chuwi HI13! The USB C connector works only with the supplied charger. But when I try to connect (via the USB-C USB cable provided) some devices (for example: usb key) are not reconnected. The same happens to the micro-usb port. The micro-sd port works perfectly. Also micro-hdmi. I tried cutting a millimeter of plastic both of the supplied USB-C -> USB cable and of my micro-usb cable, but nothing.
How should I connect to my Chuwi? Do I need to update the Bios? (My is 1.12) or the drivers?
Thank you! I hope to solve the problem.

I bought a USB C to USB 3 hub and 3 USB C to USB 3 adapters... None WORKED! Then I checked this forum (no response from Chuwi support) and amazed to find that indeed the USB C connection is deeper in the port than standard cables go! Cutting off 1mm made the hub and adapters suddenly work. Unbelievable.  That's a pretty serious flaw, Chuwi!
