I ordered the tablet on Gearbest in end of January, the packages arrived, and I was happy with the new well built tablet. Everything was fine in the beginning, the tablet working out of the box, just the Wi-Fi handling was strange... Days comes, days goes, using and updating win10, customize Android system, doing usual things. After a few week the tablet behaivor gone strange. Random restarts, Win10 shuts down and/or don't wake up from sleep. Restarting the tablet, and using as before. Android system freeze, and restart, with very long boot time, App optimizing screen, but of the end of procedure the tablet are freeze at the Intel logo... I decided to do a Factory reset on the Android system. Unfortunetly this doesn't help. Android still freezing, sometimes boot to infinity. After all I reflashed the system, with the correct Android image, but this is not helped. Still hang on boot, or every process has been stopped. This device are untrustable, I can't use. Factory Win10 install generate an error.
I'm sad and dissapointed.
The BIOS is in factory state!

Any advise?

You need to reinstall system.
Please first install Android, then install Windows.

Thank You for the fast reply.

As I wrote above, I try to reinstall the whole system, but it doesn't help. Android still stop working at the begining. (Very first run, setting up the tablet screen) And Win10 install run into red screen. Examples:

What can I do with a new tablet, which are an untrustable device and freezing, hanging or rebooting, with the same software release? I think same software install not fix the problem... This device has a HW or serious SW issue.

You need to reinstall system.
Please first install Android, then install Windows.

Fresh Android install as described, but system are freeze at the Intel Logo.
Fresh Win10 USB install which generate Blue Screen with random messages at 7% (IRQ NOT LESS OR EQUAL).

Open a Ticket? Send back to CHUWI? Send back to GEARBEST?

You haven't freshed Android and Windows sucessfully.
Please offer your detailed serial number and Firmware you freshed.

The Android install run succesfully, bot don't work, Win10 install can't run...

This is a newer version with Z8350 CPU. I order this in Januar, so this means to Me I need the Android and Win10 version after 20161209 and before 201703xx.
