I bought this in aliexpress, the dimension fits very well, the capacity is also very close to the original one. I tried the link again but it says the item is not available anymore. I suggest try to find any other battery with similar / closest capacity and the thickness of the dimension is the most important. If I'm not mistaken, the dimension should not be more than 5mm.. The length and width is not a crucial thing because this tablet is quite wide enough... Hope this is useful

It seems like there is no one here are going to explain of what my problem is. Been trying contacting service@chuwi.com but no reply until now. Seems like a very bad after sales service.

Hello Ether,
Sory for my belated answer. I hope you will see notice about new PM unlike me. One thing I can say for sure is that the shutdown issue took place with the old BIOS version E4D6_HI-122LP.221
First of all you need to check version of your current BIOS. If the Project Version is E4D6_HI-122LP.223 x64 then your BIOS is up-to-date.
