Hi,

I've got a Chuwi Hi10 Plus (Z8350 - PQ64G421xxxxxxxxx) and I'm facing a problem with it.

In windows mode it does not recognize the memory card. It was working but not anymore.

In Remix mode it works well.

I've not installed any firmware neither BIOS.

Can anyone please tell me what should I do?

I've tryed to read about this but I didn't find a post about it.

I appologise in advance if it is already talked somehere else.

Thanks
StRuTcH

Fu..k this forum and this brand.

Absolutely no support from chuwi.

The support I get was from a NEW user saying to flash BIOS with a file from a non official site?!?!?!

I've done wrong to buy this brand and I will spread it to the world fore sure!

Chinese brands.. never more!

Hi Sommus!

Thanks for the answer.

I've downloaded that file and find nothing to install. (no exe files!)

Can you please tell me what is that file you send me?

Thank you!

Hi Sommus!

Thanks for the answer.

This is a bios file! Wew, I don't know how to deal with these yet.

Friend, for your SD card prob, also try:

1. uninstalling the SD card driver that's displaying an error at Device Manager (access D.M. thru Cortana/Win10 search bar) then rebooting

2. trying to find a way to format the SD card into NTFS instead of FAT32

method 1 worked for me once.. I'm currently trying to solve the same problem on my Hi10 Plus using method 2: I'll try inserting my SD card thru an SD card reader, format it to NTFS, I'll see if Windows reads it afterwards..

Hi dear,
Can"t you guys see my link?

In android, it can only recognize FAT32.Try to format TF or brush Bios and system, if the brush machine is not resolved, it is recommended to repair.

Here is the link of brush Bios. https://mega.nz/#!BxBHnYYI!uHSqf ... _zos2hydHy3nbq59Vd0

Hope it can help.Have a good day!

Best Regards,
Somnus

.

You are wrong doodzilla

I dont need to buy something more expensive to get a good service.

If they can't support their costumers on a simply problem. They should stop selling.

Chuwi is selling a nice product. But if they dont give any support, it becames useless.

That is not the way companys get bigger...

And I'm complaining of the lack of official support in the Chuwi's forum. This is not an ordinary forum.

A NEW user that have the first post giving me a BIOS file is more than suspicios!!!

And it was the help I got on the brand's forum.

The emails I sent also didn't get any answer.

It is a nice tablet.. But with this kind of support.. It doesn't worth the money I pay.. Even if it was 1/5 of a Surface!
