Hi, i took a LapBook and it arrived yesterday. When i turned it on, a vertical line appeared on the right part of display: it is defective. Look at the images 1, 2 and 3 to see. Then, i connected the notebook to my Sony Bravia 40" TV (photo n.1 on notebook: vertical line, photo n.4 on Sony TV: no vertical line), but the vertical line does not appear on the TV. This means that the monitor on LapBook is defective. I have the warranty card, but your website for warranty wrote on the card (http://www.cqc.com.cn) doesn't work and gives blank page! Can you check please and tell me how to solve this problem?
