Hello!, Im doing an step by step of how the support will help me fix my tablet Chuwi hi10 plus
I bought this computer somewhere around the 1st of May, after a week it start having problems, after a month the tablet die, and you can check here the post with the issues I had.Emily (an amazing human being) aswered me all my questions and help me in this proccess.
She said i should try to contact their customer service: email@example.com, so i did.
I sent an email on the 19th of june from my microsoft account and another one on the 22th of june from my gmail account with no anwer. After two weeks i post this and sent another email. Again Emily remind them about my emails, and they answer!
4th of july they send me this
4/7/2017 Me:''Should i send to you the original warranty card and keep the copy?,Also can you give me the address where i should send it?''
5/7/2017 Support: ''HI ,yes , you should , do you finish the form ？you don't send it to me , i am sorry , i send it to you again"
5/7/2017 I tried to answer them a few times but this happend ''your message wasn't delivered because the address couldn't be found'' , I will try email them later:
14/7/2017 Still No answer....
18/7/2017 Still No answer (yes i check Spam email) .
28/7/2017 I went to holidays and now i came back with an email from my other account (hotmail). Still no answer from Gmail.
So I sent the video.
(I couldn't answer this one)
Aannd we come back now to the same email from my Gmail account!!!
2/8/2017 . They sent me all the repair stations where i can send it. but at the moment im not in my city. I will send it when i come back
11/8/2017 Sending the tablet!!. As they told me to do so before keep the warraty card copy and send the original.
01/09/2017 The tablet arrived in the destination and after a few days we have this conversation
30/9/2017 Yesterday I got a messagge from them. They seem to have write in the title of the message. But i search in google and they try to write this
"I am very sorry to reply you late , I am chuwi after-sales service , I have asked for a leave , because i need to deal with something in home , sorry to not reply you in long time , you know , we will have a national holiday from October 1st to October 8th , so I will deal with all of your problem on october8th , in this period if you have any problem ,please contact our chuwi facebook or twitter or the chuwi forum , I am really sorry to cause too much inconvenience from you".
26/10/2017 Im getting tired of this..., I sent email to support a few days ago. Will update soon with their answers.

08/11/2017 Here a little conversation from the facebook account. Maybe i exagereted with ''trying almost a year'' but for it feels like that.
