You should be able to do this through the BIOS, can be easily accessed to change the computer's processor speed. Altering the speed of the CPU may improve the computer's performance but it can also make it unstable. I read hi8 boost CPU speed is 2.16Ghz, so just follow this:Enable Maximum Performance Power Settings 1. Click Start, "Control Panel" and then "Power Options."  2. Click the "Show Additional Plans" drop-down arrow. Enable the "High Performance" option then click "Change Plan Settings."  3. Click the "Change Advanced Power Settings" link in the new window. The Power Options window appears.   4. Click the "+" symbol next to the "Processor Power Management" value, then "Minimum Processor State." Click the "Setting %" label, then change the value in the box field to "100."  5. Click "System Cooling Policy" then the "Setting" label. Change the value to "Active."  6. Click "Maximum Processor State" then "Setting." Change the value to "100."  7. Click the "Apply" button then "OK." Click the "back" arrow button in the Edit Plan Settings window. Close the Select a Power Plan window. Windows applies the changes to the power settings and utilizes 100 percent of the processor available power for the active application on the screen

If it turns positive you will also consume more energy, so the battery will last less.

We can't see anything in your pics. Maybe I will not open America for many of you, but to make a screenshot in Windows is not easy, but very easy. Click Win+PrintScr. Then go to the Pictures and find there folder with screen shots.

It's a bad idea to deal with such tweaks. Let the system choose how it works.
