Come on, man - really? You bought a super-inexpensive Chinese device directly from China - that does things that no US-sold device can. Do you REALLY expect them to use perfect English? Anyone with some common sense can understand what they are trying to say, even though it's not proper English.
It sounds to me like you have a device with some bad hardware - it happens. It even happens with you pay top-dollar for the highest quality device.
The truth is that you went out of your way to buy a Chuwi - knowing damn well that it's an inexpensive device -
that you can't get anything comparable to it for the price otherwise. You knew (or should have known) that support was not going to be at the level of a device that you paid top-dollar for and that is made in your country.
When you buy devices like this, you take the risk that, if there is a hardware defect, you have to go through the extra hassle required to return/exchange it, since you have to deal with other countries.
Personally, I have purchased 3 Chuwi devices (2xHi10 Pro and 1xHi12) and I have been extremely happy with them. I use one of the Hi10 Pros as my main device - I use it constantly all day, every day. Is it perfect? No - but for what I paid, they have performed above and beyond my expectations.
Either send the device back for an exchange/refund or move on. Repeatedly whining on this forum is helping no one (including yourself). If you want easier support/exchanges, then spend top-dollar for a high end device.
