I just recently purchased my 14.1 lapbook and today i was using it it turned off and now wont turn back on, LEDs come on and the chuwi logo will appear once and then it shuts down again, this is very dissatisfying as i just bought the product and it was going well. Any help ASAP would be appreciated, thank you.

Hello eoin,
Try to charge your Lapbook completely. Pay attention to how the LED lights up when charging.

If the battery is correctly charged and still does not start up windows, it is possible that it has not finished some updating and it has spoiled the windows boot.
In this case you need to reinstall windows with an external USB.

I have attended several cases similar to yours with the same symptoms after restoring windows. The problem is that it takes quite a few hours and the user, believing that the system is stopped, press the power button and turn off the device. I do not know if it will be the same as yours or not.

I believe, for sure, that reinstalling the operating system will again have your computer in use.

Im 80% there, although the most frustrating thing is happening, i cannot get the computer to go into the boot menu, it keeps shutting off and sometimes when the f7 key is pressed it shuts it off. I've been trying for the last 3 hours to get it to boot.
