Bonjour,

- Informations OS :
--> Edition : Windows 10 Famille
--> Version 1703
--> Version du système d'exploitation : 15063.483

B) Mon Analyse :

--> https://www.microsoft.com/surfac ... ndows-10&=undefined
--> Après utilisation il m'indique que la fonctionnalité est "Turn Off" et m'invite à activer la fonctionnalité en cliquant sur "Turn ON". Là, une fenêtre de gestion s'ouvre mais je ne sais pas quoi faire (cf. captures)

Cdlt,
Franck

Bonjour fdebray,
Sorry for my English. Unfortunately I don't speak French.
First of all I think that your information is incomplete and somewhat strange. Your tablet had Windows 1607 out of the box. Therefore, it is impossible to update the system radically to 1703 "après le 1er démarrage". You don't give us a full report of your actions.
However, the solution to your problem is to install the drivers for the Bosch Accelerometer.

Bonjour fdebray !

Hello Motobot and Gajack,

Thank you so much for your help, but the reinstallation of the driver from the “Motobot zip” unfortunately did not solve the problem.
Description of my actions:

A- I unzipped the zip

B- In the Device Manager:
1) I clicked on the "Bosch Sensotec" then right click "Update" then I chose the folder with the driver given by Motobot but a message told me that the best driver was already installed.
2) I uninstalled the driver by checking the "Remove driver" checkbox and restarted the tablet

C- After reboot in Device Manager:
1) The device was not recognized
2) I selected the device then right click "Update" then I chose the folder with the "Motobot driver"
3) Following the reinstallation of the "Motobot driver", there is always the same problem:
-> "General" tab: This device cannot start. (Code 10).
-> "event" tab The ACPI\BOSC0200\1 device requires that the installation be continued.

D- I looked at the event log (cf. Screenshot: Event log .jpg)

E- I also looked at "regedit" (see Screenshot: Regedit.exe):
\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\AutoRotation\ There is no "SensorPresent"

PS: I confirm that at the first start of the tablet (with WiFi On) there have been several updates and successive restarts of the tablet. And I am well in:
-> edition: Windows 10 family
-> version 1703
-> operating system version: 15.063.483

Hello Franck,
I see the same issues with two cameras. Unicam gc2355 and Unicam ov5648. This can be seen in your screenshot.
So we can conclude that the main problem is somewhere deeper and this problem is common for PCI devices. Obviously, this is not a problem with the Bosch Accelerometer driver at all.
Either look for a problem in the PCI controller, or flash Windows 10 Creators Update as a clean install. Click
