What if you charge it while open and docked into the keyboard instead of folded?

Hey! Thanks for the information about the techtablet vid.

I hope I'm wrong too, and it is okay to charge it face down.
will check about the charger you mentioned.

I just used to fix screens and to give an example, 1 brand,  started to use glue to "stick" the screen to other components like a couple of years ago, and I already saw it on a couple other brands. I'm 99% sure it is not built to be face down. and of course I mean by long term.
of course I do not have any idea about laplet. and that's why I'm here asking.
front down = not sure it is good for components
front up = the keyboard is little heavy for it, not sure its good too, though.
and I will not pull the keyboard out every night for it. that's just me of course.

so I will read about the charger, and I'm here to hear about the best way to charge it! just received mine!
Thank you very much.

Hey! Thanks first of all.

I don't get how that post is related to a charging position which is the best for the device ?

Thank you.

Will not work, the device has sensors and unless you turn it off every time you want to charge it will stay "awake" even if you sleep it.

Tried to play with that option today, came back to a none charged device in the middle of a stucked windows update. (Canceled all auto updates from the registers though, after got mad ;)

Thanks!

The point was that the best way to charge it is not with the original charger. In any position. And for you to add your experience to the poll if you would.

What device are you using? I'm curious now about my Hi13 in that position. You should not try all suggestions without a care in the world. I'm also brainstorming now and then. The conclusion that it doesn't charge shouldn't have taken that long to risk corrupt updates.

I recommend turning off driver updates, but not all updates. You'll run into problems eventually. With or without updates. With update at least it will be honest mistakes, not "recently old" malicious code. /Offtopic.

Edit: typo.

I can confirm with a 3rd party battery indicator that with the recommended aukey charger and its sperate same brand cable, the Hi13 will charge while docked into the keyboard. Both open and folded. Every number of seconds it would charge 0.1%.

Your argument is seeking to not feel a need to undock and not to have the tablet portion charging face down. It charges fine while docked and open in the context I've described in this post.

Edit: improvement.
