PLS HELP - New chuwi hi10 plus - boots to bios only

Hi
I just got my chuwi Hi10 plus z8350 today!!!
When the tablet boots it goes automatically into the bios and when I try to save and exit or ctrl-alt-del it automatically goes back to the BIOS.

When it boots to bios, using direction keys of keyboad, go to Boot entry. Verify that "Boot option priorities" is set as Boot opton 1 >>> [Windows Boot Manager]
If not, select it, save changes and exit.

Hi

There is no windows boot manager under the boot section - it seems like to bios not recognize any android or windows boot manager.

Maybe there is need to reinstall everything.

when I boot with F7 it only gives me the option to ENTER SETTINGS and then I go to the BIOS.

Its an endless loop...

This is very frustrating... I just got the tablet and it is useless.

I tried to download the android for hi10 plus for Z8350 in the download section but its asking me for a password... can you tell we the password? then I will try to install the android partition and then the windows partition

Your tablet's eMMC is broken. Opens a ticket on the seller and requests a change or refund
