Hello there.
at the first: I'm a german, sorry for my english.

i unpack the Hi10. than i turn the tab on. it showed the bootloader where you can select android and windows. all fine.
there are also no problems when starting and setting up android.
but when i go to windows the tablet showed the Chuwi screen with rotated points for a while.
than changed to a black screen. no windows is starting up.

i read the whole section for the Hi10, but could not found anything

can someone please help me with this problem.
thank you very much

There are two options:
1. You have not given him enough time to start windows, which is usually the most frequent, and you should give him a reasonable time to start for the first time.
2. That windows has not been installed correctly and that you need to reinstall it, once it is proven that it is not a matter of time, you will have to reinstall the system. In the downloads section you will find the ISO of windows to reinstall as well as tutorial of how to do it.

In case of any doubt, consult and we will help you.

thank you for your quick response.

after switching on I left the tablet to itself. the black screen has now been 2 hours.

also it must been the second option.

so I must try the reinstall of Windows.

I write when it has worked

The system appears to be installed correctly. The problem is with the intel graphics system. To be able to deactivate it must be connected to a screen through the HDMI connector and once you have picture enter the settings and deactivate the graphics system as indicated in this thread:

It is a bluetooth keyboard so you have to pair it with the tablet in windows, first activating the bluetooth in windows and pairing it later.

I wonder if a magnet in the case is messing with the tablet?  Although, if that were the case, you'd think that it would affect Android too...  Strange...
