I've buyed tablet Chuwi Hi10 Plus and after a month of usage there is issuewith SD in windows 10 - SD card is not working and SD Controller Driver in Device Manager gives theCode 10 error. Then after a week of usage SD card is crashed in Android and notworking in Android too.
I know that this issue is known bug in Cherry Trail CPUand other companies (Teclast, MS and others) fixed this bug by providing a newversion of BIOS for their tablets. Can you say, will you fix this issue andgive a new BIOS for them who buyed Hi10 Plus? It's a big problem and this issueis present on many Hi10 devices, everyone waiting for solving this.
Serial number of my tablet is Hi10 LQ64G42170200510, date of BIOS version 12/20/2016.
Waiting for your answer, best regards.

Hello, Emily,
I have a similar problem - my SD card is not working in Windows, but works good in And ...

A flash of Bios may solve your problem but only for a few days. It will happen again.

You're at risk that it will stop working on Android too. If the card is more than 32 Gb you must make a primary partition, in format Fat32 for Android and the rest of the card, in NTFS, also primary for Windows.

When you have done, remove the SD for a few days and then boot the tablet in Windows with a pendrive connected to port C or microusb. A data pendrive, no matter what the content. Possibly recover the SD reader in Windows. Try it and if so, you leave the card you have prepared with the partitions.

Welcome to the club. As of the moment, I'm stumped on this too unfortunately.

I have exactly the same problem on my Chuwi Hi10Plus after 2 weeks of usage. Any gimmicks found on that forum or elsewhere have not solve it yet. Does anybody confirm that the "new BIOS" is the solution?

Why ya all have issues regarding MicroSD card ? I don't have any problem and my Hi10 plus has the Z8350 CPU.
I'm using a 128GB Sandisk MicroSD.
