Hi there.  I received my Surbook yesterday and it is kind of alright but can someone help me please? ...

I see the same.  Also the keyboard doesn't appear to disable when folded back on itself for using the Surbook handheld. Is there a missing driver, utility, or control panel for the keyboard and touchpad - Microsoft defaults appear used - or is that operation not supported on the otherwise excellent keyboard?

Driver issues for me have solved two steps: 1. Intel Drive & Support Assistant and 2. Driver Booster 5 (free). In total, about 6-8 drivers were upgraded (I do not remember exactly, but there were a lot of them). It all went smoothly and everything works great.

Sorry for the late reply...  So it seems that there is no driver to make the Surbook auto swap to tablet mode.  I can live with that but the lack if keyboard deactivation when folded back is a bit of a game breaker for me

The crowdfunding of the SurBook has already ended and the CoreBook is now open. I would communicate with service@chuwi.com

Dear Chuwi Support Team,

According to
https://www.intel.com/content/ww ... 25619/software.html

I ran the Intel-SA-00086 Detection Tool and found Chuwi SurBook is vulnerable as shown.

Please let me know how Chuwi will provide the patch for this matter.

Thank you very much for your service to make the excellent Chuwi product.
