I'm having the same problem. I also have the image ghosting problem others have mentioned in this forum. Both started about 20 minutes ago. My past experience contacting Chuwi support did not go well. Not to be a pessimist but I have a feeling we're on our own and that they won't help.

i guess have solved the problem, it is a problem from the graphic driver
1.init in secure mode
2-uninstall the grafic driver (Intel), (delete it from your comupter, marking)
3-reboot
4. make sur that you have the factory microsoft driver
5-go to update windows.

Their customer service is poor..
service@chuwi.com never reply my mails.
crowdfunding@chuwi.com replies reluctantly.
I explained to crowdfunding@chuwi.com that the shaking/flickering is not permanent, if I launch a game and play for some minutes the shaking will stop but starts gain when ever the screen light goes off. this made me believe that it might be software problem and could be fix with some drivers.
But how can we know what to do when no one is there to offer support?
I google the screen problem and saw some people who had similar issues on other devices, they said changing the flex cable fixed the issue.
If the flex cable is actually the problem how can we change it?

I see that the after-sales service is very effective
I think it could be the object of a lawsuit
