My Hi10 Pro tablet worked for 3 months before it died. The tablet doesn't come up when I press the power up button. It tried to power it up with or without the charger plugged.

I sent my tablet to Chuwi support by end of July but they didn't fix it so far...

They just give new excuses months after months... I am waiting for more than 5 months now...

Is there any chance to have it fixed ? Would it be possible to have a status update on wx17072653531015 repair order ?

That's what I am doing every single day but I don't get any update ...

Sounds like my tablet has been sent to trash with my 200$ !! That's unacceptable !

6 months later... Still nothing received from Chuwi support... Here is the last reply I got from the support 10 days ago:

Guess what... Nothing sent back to me since then... I am so pissed off about the lack of feedback !! I wish you never be in touch with Chuwi support ... The best way to avoid that is to go away from any Chuwi product !!
