Hello, this is my first post!

I bought the Chuwi Hi13 and when I first turned it on, the screen had thick white line, and after few seconds, bottom screen started to flicker, and I thought it was just one time deal., since tablet is turned on for first time. But the next morning, when the tablet was turned off for whole night, the flicker started again. It flickers only for like 2-3 minutes, and that just happens when tablet is 'cold started', when it wasnt working for few hours, and after 2-3 minutes the flickering stops.

Have you tried to boot without the keyboard? Do you still do it?

Do you charge the battery with the official charger?

It is strange that only do it in cold and that would make me rule out that it was a problem of drivers.
To be completely sure that it is not a software problem you must update the intel graphics driver, downloading the drivers of your tablet from: http://www.mediafire.com/file/qogocwx9g26wfgl/Hi13_Driver_x64.rar

Go opening a ticket in the seller meanwhile.

Thanks for the reply.
No, i have not tried to boot without the keyboard.
Yes, I'm using the supplied charger (The newer one, not the Keyu one).

It only happends when tablet wasnt working for few hours. And the flicker dissapiers after 2-3 mins.
I wouldnt say it is the drivers, because flickering starts immedietly when I boot the tablet on, it starts at Chuwi logo, but I will try to update them.

Will do, thanks

My 2ct are it's a hw bug. Return it if possible. I wouldn't try to deal with fixing this.

I've never seen anything alike this on my Hi13. Fingers crossed.

UPDATE: Flickering is not stopped, I think its no the drivers, probably the unit itself is defected, I'm curently talking to GearBest support to get the new unit. If anyone has any clue or he has dealt with this situation before, please let me know thanks.

Return it and have your money reimbursed. Once you have it you can buy again.
