Yeah!! I solved it. It was a problem with a Mini tool partition, too much Long for explanation.. Now with the guide it restarted..

Now, can I delete the folder c:/recovery/oem.. With 350 mb? O its dangerous?

No, you can not delete that partition. Windows needs 4 partitions in the eMMC and none should be deleted since you will lose recovery tools
