Wi-Fi completely broken with current Windows 10

Since my LapBook Air came with Windows 10 I could not prevent the update and the device was forcibly upgraded to Windows 10 1809.

Now the built-in Intel Dualband-Wireless-AC 3165 adapter is completely unusable.
Windows constantly resets the device because of a driver malfunction.
When this happens the following event is logged in Windows Event log:
Type: Error
Provider: Netwtw04
Description: Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 3165 : Malfunction of the network adapter was detected
EventData: \Device\NDMP2 Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 3165
EventDataBinary: 0000080002003800000000008A1300C00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000E00D0BAFFFFFFFF

I have tried the original drivers from the cd and 30(!) different intel drivers back to 2016.
Unable to solve the issue.
My impression after intensive internet research suggests that this is a severe incompatibility that already started with Windows 10 1803.
It also seems somehow related to PCI express power management.

It is definitely a driver issue and a) NOT related to the Access point and b) NOT related to signal quality or noise and c) NOT a hardware issue.
The WiFi works perfectly fine on the same LapBook Air when using it under Linux via USB Boot!

I would be glad to simply change the pci express on the motherboard but unfortunately it is soldered to the board and not replaceable.
Currently every LapBook Airin the world with a recent Windows 10 Update is forced to use a USB WiFi Stick!

No reply or help from chuwi support via email ... but that was expected, unfortunately.

Any suggestions ?

Fixed defects in the Wi-Fi module, making a restoration of the equipment, even keeping the files.
The route is: start, configuration, update and security, recovery, reset this PC. It will keep the version but will reinstall the devices.
