Hello, I have a Hi12 dual boot (Q64G45171001745 supporting hi3 stylus). The Windows boot doesn't work anymore (android it ok).
So, wanted to reload windows and tried to follow the procedures described in this post. but:
1) It isn't very clear exactly which Windows image I need to download for this serial number (I guess it depends on the CPU?)
2) I'e tried the procedures described to load the new image:
- Dowloaded the image.
- Unziped the 1st with WinRAR.
- Formatted an 8gb usb (NTFS + WINPE as name) - by the way, it's a PNY flash drive (maybe not compatible?)
- Copied the unzipped files to the USB root
- Power on while tapping f7
- When boot menu pops up, select the USB then enter
- But... I never get the loading/flash screen. It just looks like it tries to reboot. It's like it is unable to boot off the flash drive and goes on to standard boot.

Am I doing something wrong? Could it be the flash drive isn't compatible?
Has anyone had this problem?

Normally it is not necessary to install any driver to operate the stylus on the tablet. I've already seen several comments from users of new versions of the Hi12 where it does not work is Hipen H3, I do not know why.

I guess you can not test if with the Hipen H2 if it works on your tablet, if your tablet is identified on the back with Hipen H3 it should work just by placing the battery and touching the screen of the tablet.
He says that he has performed a clean installation of Windows 10, checks in the Windows devices administrator if he has not detected any error notification in the controllers of the computer.
