For windows 10 Chuwi Hibook I suggested to use "3DP Chip". This app can download the drivers for Graphics, Bluetooth, WiFi and else from any computers such as Chuwi, Asus, Acer, etc
You can download from the link listed.
http://www.3dpchip.com/3dpchip/3dp/chip_down_en.php

But I can't guarantee that ur MicroSD slot can be solved.
Because this apps solved my WiFi driver on my Chuwi Hibook Windows 10. Good luck

There's no support from Chuwi. We should open threads in different forums and repport this issue. I think this is the only way they pay attention to us.

I've never managed to get the SD card slot to recognise external memory on my Chuwi HiBook. Just to be clear, if I insert an SD card the device sees the card but reports an error, tries to format it but fails after 20%.

I did read that I could change the bios, I tried that but it didn't work.

I know I'm not alone in having this issue, many people report it.

I'm wondering, could it be that only one type of SD card is compatible? I've included a photo showing the different colours. If anyone has a working SD card on a Chuwi HiBook maybe they could tell me which colour/type they have?

Thanks for your response. In Windows the SD card doesn't get recognised at all, whereas in android I get a notification when I put in the SD card, but out reports that it's corrupted and asks if I want to format it. When I try it gets to 20% and then fails.... But I've tried several SD cards with the same result.
